Christmas Delivery

It’s a crazy time of year for shopping and we know it’s important to get your gifts and decorations in time for Christmas.

Last orders for standard delivery is on 17th December

We can guarantee delivery in time for Christmas on all UK orders placed before 12pm on the 21st of December via NEXT DAY delivery. (Please note a signature is required for next day delivery)

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is £3.95 for orders within mainland UK.

Standard delivery is between 2-4 working days.

Orders placed after 4pm Friday and during the weekend will not be dispatched until the following working day. Standard Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is £5.95 for orders within mainland UK

Next day delivery will be sent via interlink express and a signature is required upon delivery.

To qualify for next working day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday only

All orders placed during the weekend will not be dispatched until the following working day.

 

International Orders

For all international deliveries please obtain a quote from Emzo before completing your purchase and please note that custom clearance charges may apply. Contact us by using our  contact page.

The courier delivering your goods is determined by the nature of your goods, eg. size, weight and delicacy. Deliveries may be attempted whilst you are out, in this case a card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the card and if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us. On the morning of an Interlink Express delivery you will receive a notification of your choice either by email or text. If the date or time is not suitable you can reply with the given options to change your delivery to either be re scheduled or left with a neighbour.

If your order does not arrive in the specified delivery time please contact us.

Payment Options

 We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Switch and Solo. Unfortunately at this time we are un able to accept American Express cards. If you have any problems during the payment process please do not hesitate to call us on 01449782061 where someone will be happy to take your payment over the phone.

 

Returns

 Here at Emzo we spend a great deal of time sourcing and selecting the items we sell. We are certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or an item does not meet your expectations you can return your item, but please  contact us before doing so. You will find a returns form enclosed in your package. Please ensure this is filled out correctly, alternatively you can download  the returns form through our contact page. Returned goods must be returned in perfect condition with all original packaging and also must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We recommend you return your goods via recorded delivery, a post office receipt is no longer a valid proof of postage. Emzo will not be held responsible for the return postage to us unless the products are deemed damaged or faulty upon delivery. In this instance all damages, faults and breakages must be notified to Emzo within 72 hours of delivery. In this case Emzo will cover the cost of return postage or alternatively arrange a collection of your goods. Refunds are processed immediately after receiving the returned goods and refunds should appear back to the original payment method within 10 working days.

 

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remains unaffected.
